The organic Ecklonia maxima Kelp and Anchovy Marine Fish Emulsion of APG-em™ contains natural organic nitrogen, potassium and phosphate (N - 4, P - 1, K - 1) and kelp extract. These two marine components, combined into one package, function synergistically to the plant’s benefit and provide a substantial plant food package to professional growers.
How it works
The Anchovy Marine Fish Emulsion provides the growth enhancing NPK fertilizing component of APG-em. The Kelp component provides additional naturally occurring plant growth hormones, called Cytokinins and Auxins, which help generate new root growth. The increased root volume and number of root tips also increase moisture and nutrient uptake from the soil. The improved nutrient status together with the higher level of cytokinin in the plant gives better top growth which causes the increase in yield and quality of crops. The improved root system also makes the plant more resistant to stresses such as drought, waterlogging, soil nutrient deficiency and salinity, nematode infestations and soil borne diseases.

Agitate well before each use.
Dilute 1:200
Once diluted, use within 24 hours to preserve product stability. Irrigation (soil soak) and foliar feed (spray) methods can be applied as a two-step program or independently, depending on planting program. For best results, start applications at seedling planting, if possible, but always during early growing season. |
