Product Information

While most rabbits can be repelled with scent alone, high-density rabbit populations include many young rabbits with voracious appetites, and can be an extremely persistent problem. For this reason we’ve developed a dual-action formula that repels with both scent and taste – a guaranteed-effective, one-two punch to fight extreme rabbit problems! Ideal for all private and municipal properties from commercial farms to public parks and golf courses. Its all natural ingredients make it ecologically safe and people/ animal friendly.

Rabbit tastes vary by region but all add up to big financial loss
As any landscaper who has had newly planted “color” wiped-out overnight will attest – rabbits will devour a huge variety of flowers and ornamentals. Rabbits also do serious damage to woody plants by gnawing bark or clipping off branches, stems, and buds. In northern states, when the ground is covered with snow, rabbits can severely damage expensive landscape plants, orchards, forest plantations, park trees and shrubs. Some young plants are clipped off at snow height, and large trees and shrubs can be completely girdled. Preventive spraying with Liquid Fence® Dual Action Rabbit Repellent will stop the damage and costly losses.

Spray Applications / Rate

  1. Mix: 16:1 / 8 oz. per gallon of water
  2. Apply approximately 20-30 gallons of solution evenly over one acre of area for blanket spraying
  3. Product can be co-applied with any non-latex foliar spray with similar coverage rates
  4. Products must be applied to a dry plant and allowed to dry on plant. Allow 2-4 hours before irrigation, rainfall or freezing temperatures.
  5. Non-latex spreader / sticker can be added to increase rainfast qualities of solution
  6. A strong odor may be noticed during application, this will dissipate once product has dried, typically in one to four hours depending on humidity.
  7. If white residual spotting occurs on vegetation, check mix and spread rates for accuracy, spotting is superficial and will disappear after a few days.
  8. During periods of heavy infestation, product should be repeated one week after the initial application and then reapplied every two to three weeks as needed.
